Biography

Justin was born in St. Louis County.

Justin has been admitted to the Missouri Bar. Justin has also been admitted to practice in the federal courts before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western District Missouri.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Empire State College in New York, graduating with honors. While attending college, Justin was also on active duty as a Sergeant in the United States Army and served a total of six years.

During Justin's service in the military Justin was awarded two Army Good Conduct Medals, three Army Commendation Medals, and a Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.

After Justin's service in the military, Justin returned to St. Louis to attend law school at Saint Louis University. During law school, Justin worked in the legal department at Bayer.

Upon graduation from Law School, Justin served as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Missouri. While working in the Governmental Affairs Division at the Attorney General's Office, Justin tried numerous state and federal civil trials and practiced appellate law. Justin represented Missouri governmental agencies in a variety of legal matters, including professional licensing and guardianships. At the Attorney General's Office, Justin was also the director of the Defenders Program, which provides legal services to veterans across the State of Missouri.

Currently, Justin is a sitting member of the 102nd General Assembly for the State of Missouri. Justin services as a committee member on the following committees for the Missouri General Assembly: General Laws (Vic Chairman), Judiciary, Crime Protection and Public Safety, and Ways and Means.
